Volya means freedom. VolyaVPN is a fast, private VPN for Android, built for people who want an open internet without surveillance, throttling, or censorship.

Our mission

We believe access to a free and open internet is a basic right. Governments and networks increasingly block, monitor, and throttle traffic. VolyaVPN exists to route around that — reliably, and without asking you to trade your privacy for the privilege.

What we build

• A lightweight Android VPN app built on modern WireGuard / AmneziaWG technology.
• Servers in the United States and Ukraine, with more locations on the way.
• Censorship-resistant connections designed to keep working where plain VPNs get blocked.
• Simple email or Google sign-in — no complicated setup.

Privacy first

We do not log your browsing activity, DNS queries, or traffic content. Your VPN keys are generated on your device and your private key never leaves your phone. We collect only the minimum needed to run the service. Read the full Privacy Policy.
