Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your VolyaVPN account and the data associated with it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and login credentials (email address, password, and any linked Google sign-in).
• Your registered devices and their VPN configuration (WireGuard keys and peers), which are also removed from our VPN servers.
• Your subscription records held by us.
• Your connection and data-usage history.

Data retention

Your account data is deleted immediately when you confirm the request. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup-rotation schedule (within 30 days). We may retain a minimal record only where required to comply with legal or tax obligations. Deleting your VolyaVPN account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — manage that from the Google Play Store to stop future billing.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account in either of these ways:

• In the app: open the VolyaVPN Android app, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm.
• On the web: log in and use the “Delete account” option on your account page.
• By email: if you can no longer access your account, email support@volyavpn.com from your account's email address and we'll process the deletion for you.
